- Anvilicious: The 1994 anti-drink-driving special was appropriately subtitled No Excuses as it was basically half an hour of repetitive emphasis that there really are no excuses for driving under influence, including the use of existing anti-drink-driving PIFs and all the reconstructions resulted in fatalities.
- Harsher in Hindsight:
- The first episode featured a skydiving incident in which the victim was almost strangled by his parachute line. Veteran stuntman Tip Tipping was killed in a parachuting accident while filming a 1993 episode.
- A 1996 episode that featured a segment covering the dangers of sealife, including stingrays and particularly in countries like Australia, following Steve Irwin's death ten years later.
