- Obvious Beta: Very unbalanced game mechanics, the final 2 bosses and relevant cutscenes have no music and barely any SFX and the Machine Pistol has no sound effects on Boss Island.
- So Okay, It's Average: The remake is rather competent in its gameplay, despite its subpar presentation being less over-the-top than the original.
