• What Do You Mean, It's for Kids?: The film is rated PG (Parental Guidance) in the UK because of the scenes with the Mountain Dragon, especially when Mimi first encounters her, the implication of years of Mimi's village experiencing avalanches as a result of the Mountain Dragon's wrath, the last of which engulfs Mimi and the entire village and even when said dragon melts the snow, Mimi still has to narrowly avoid being burnt to a crisp where she stands, and Mimi slides down the mountain at least twice.
