• Padding: Probably the most blatant and painful example from the Zordon Era. From the white, blue, and pink rangers having to be constantly called back from rescuing the captives to the three Fake Shemps holding the Distress and Idiot Balls against Terror Blossom and Zordon introducing "jetting" just to keep the shemps away from the action as much as possible, the events drag if not in a terrible state of flux. Not helping matters is Aisha's escape attempt being foiled before it can go anywhere. The cherry on top has to be the reuse of Hatchasaurus and giving him a generic evil-doer personality whereas the original was just an abnormally powerful and non-sentient beast that Cardiatron used.
• Stock Footage Failure: Hatchy goes between his original and spiky forms throughout his second tussle with the zords. Also, the Dino Megazord's Power Sword can be seen briefly as the Thunder Megazord picks up its Thundersaber.
