- Cult Classic: Despite the enforcements of Canadian copyright laws, the series is fondly remembered for its witty satire, broad and creative plots, pop-culture references and fleshed-out characterizations done in the spirit of the Kirby anime. It is also known for being one of the best abridged shows to come out of YouTube in the 2010s decade.
- Growing the Beard: The show's voice quality improved in episode 4 of the series, when Koopa Media 64 and Pretty Kitty 13 switched to the Blue Snowball Mic for studio-quality recording.
- The series really crystallized in episodes 14 and 20 when Jake "The Voice" Parr and Denham Joyce began providing voices for Chief Bookem, Samo, Coo (the former actor) and Gengu (the latter actor).
- Hilarious in Hindsight: In episode 13 Kirby muses that the Cappies as a whole are colorblind and that they are oblivious to his true coloration, perceiving him as pink. Episode 36 would necessitate a filter over the footage to prevent Nintendo from taking it down for copyright infringement, and this filter cycles colors.
