• Catharsis Factor: Rita and Doug blowing Hana's father sky-high after Hana yells that she hates him is a very satisfying way for him to go out considering what a piece of garbage he was.
• Friendly Fandoms: With Sakamoto Days, Rita is very often compared to a female Sakamoto thanks to the two's very comparable level of killing prowess and humble retirements.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character: Doug's ex gets killed off almost immediately after she's introduced. Some, however, feel that she could have been used for a lot of gags had she stuck around longer.
