• Fridge Brilliance: Throughout the story, Fellaurora keeps referring to her mind-reading talent as "telekinesis." This seems like a mistake on the part of the author, since that's telepathy, not telekinesis. Then you realize that the author put the mistake in on purpose, as yet another Take That! at those who don't research their stories properly.
• Ho Yay: Dorian was with Fellaurora prior to the events of the story, but dumped her for Captain Jack Sparrow. The fanservice part comes in the form of a flashback, which is a Yaoi Fangirl's dream.
