- Covered Up: Strangely, Hemorrhoy Rogers did this to himself. His most famous song, "I Am Retarded" is actually a remix of one of his older songs which also shared the same title. However, the remix version of "I Am Retarded" is by far his most popular song.

- Cult Classic: Barely anyone knows about Hemorrhoy Rogers, but for a few people that do he seems to be forever stuck in their hearts. Although, it might be for the best that Hemorrhoy's music is in this status, considering how much of an acquired taste his sense of humor is.
- Memetic Mutation: "I Am Retarded". It's been featured in countless YouTube parody videos.
- Misattributed Song: "I Am Retarded" is often mistakenly labeled as a song by They Might Be Giants, even though they had nothing to do with it.
- Squick: His songs can be really gross at times. Even the titles invoke this.
