• Harsher in Hindsight: Julia Sweeney (from Saturday Night Live) voices Lois' friend, Naomi, who can't have children because of conception issues. In real life (and according to her tragicomic stage show, God Said Ha), Julia Sweeney had to have a hysterectomy after being diagnosed with a rare form of ovarian cancer (which occurred around the time her brother was treated for and died of lymphoma) and, as a result, can't have children naturally (in a later stage show, it's revealed that Julia Sweeney adopted a Chinese girl for a daughter).
