• Crosses the Line Twice:
  • The reversal of Peter drunkenly running over a child, only for said child to now be trying to outrun Herbert.
  • The reverse vomit scene is gross as it is hilarious. Of particular note is when Stewie vomits like normal from the experience, and it inexplicably goes back in his mouth, prompting him to yell "Fuck!"
• Nausea Fuel:
  • The entire reverse vomiting scene.
  Brian: WE JUST ATE SO MUCH VOMIT!
  • The reverse diaper change that Stewie receives.
  Stewie: Oh God, it just went back up into my body!
• Stock Footage Failure: After Stewie declares he's "reverse teething," i.e. his teeth are retracting, we can still see teeth in his mouth for the remainder of the episode, even as he's about to be "unborn." This is likely due to Recycled Animation.
