- Best Known for the Fanservice: What ultimately happened to this series. Early on, it was a clever, smart sitcom that didn't have to shy away from showing nudity due to airing on HBO. Eventually it began to focus almost exclusively on Martin's sex life, including him becoming sexually involved with an impossibly long list of beautiful women, to the point where episodes started shoe-horning in nude/sex scenes just because they could. It wasn't one way, of course — a teacher once fantasized about Martin being naked and what his ass looked like.
