• Hype Backlash: The pop music blog Popjustice had this to say about the admitted failure of her sophomore single:
  Daisy Dares You seemed like a good idea at one point, but by the time she started actually releasing music it turned out that she was the worst major label pop signing of the last five years.
• I Am Not Shazam: It's not certain whether "Daisy Dares You" refers to the singer or her entire band. Daisy has stated that "Daisy Dares You" is a "band project", but it's generally accepted to treat "Daisy Dares You" as a stage name.
