• Harsher in Hindsight: Major Kemmer promises to meet up with Garibaldi the next time the President comes to Babylon 5. Of course, the next time we see Earth Force One traveling anywhere, the ship is sabotaged and destroyed with all hands.
  • Word of God says that she was not onboard at the time.
• Too Dumb to Live: Kemmer skirts the edge of this trope HARD, absolutely unquestioningly believing an utterly laughable frame job of Garibaldi - which requires her to believe that Garibali was smart enough to pull off a bombing that left no trace that it even WAS a bomb, while simultaneously being stupid enough to casually leave a schematic and a huge amount of oddly-specific currency just sitting around his quarters for anybody to find. Kemmer is only saved from her stupidity killing her by Garibaldi saving her life.
  • Possibly Justified in that her resentment towards Garibaldi over the death of her father clouded her judgment. Sinclair actually calls her out on this.
