- Awesome Music: Nearly the entire soundtrack. Notable stand-outs are Alien Village, Battle Theme, Boss Battle Theme, Castle BGM (the one that plays in the Youtube video linked on the main page), The Mountains, Kreznjerk, and White Tower BGM.
- Demonic Spiders: The Sinnet Guardians in the White Tower. With 2000 HP and 300 power, and the tendency to liberally use items, you're lucky to beat one of them without needing to use up any of your own limited stock of items. And if you have to face two at once, good luck. Also, the HIV Virus item doesn't work on them.
- That One Boss: The Rattlesnake. He has a defense of 500, the highest in the game, so your attacks can only ever do 1 point of damage to him (using Defpens doesn't help). Fortunately, he only has 5 HP, but he has a chance of using a medic kit, which will boost his HP into the hundreds, making the fight effectively unwinnable.
