TheChannelsOCT
(formerly known as Channel Virus OCT) was an Original Character Tournament hosted on DeviantArt by MrPr1993. The plot centers around a world called the Channel Realm, a place where multiple worlds are linked as if they were channels on a TV, ruled over by a being called The Channel Master. A mysterious gang, calling themselves the Virus Gang, somehow teleported into their secret world, and they were able to overpower the Channel Master. They stole eight special remotes from him, and then, each one teleported into different channels for their selfish needs...
In fear that this would affect the other worlds, the Channel Master called in Bremon the Demoness, Leo (or his alternate personality, Paul), and an alien made up of energy named Meulei. They all split up to go through different worlds to search for help, no matter who or what they were, as long as they would help them defeat the Virus Gang, and save the Channel Realm. These characters who were called in to help are the contestants in the OCT, who are promised "anything" in return for helping to save the Channel Realm.
The OCT's audition period ended on April 6th, 2013. The official roster was released on June 21, 2013.
The tournament is currently defunct following Round One.
