The Four Duelists were Yugi/Atem, Jaden, Yusei, and Yuma/Astral
- Because come on! Beyond the fact that would be awesome to imagine let alone see Yugi/Atem and Yusei are around. They probably got swept up in whatever shattered the universes... however, that ended up happening.
- Somewhat Jossed, as Word of God stated that she isn't writing Jaden and Yuma/Astral in the story.
- Further Jossed as one of them is revealed to be Jack.
Yusaku, Yuga, or Yusa were among the four duelists
- Covering my tropin' butt here, but it is possible one of the two later protagonists of the anime, plus one of the Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG Structures series, could have possibly replaced Jaden or Yuma in battling Zarc and Ray.
Paradox may appear
- Either it's the same Paradox who somehow survived the events of Yu-Gi-Oh!: Bonds Beyond Time or an alternate version from the Original Dimension that got destroyed, Paradox may appear at one point. Given how Ray said that the Four Duelists who battle against her and Zarc were from "different times", there is some precedence for him appearing. As for what his goal would be, it may vary. He could:
- Want to kill Zarc and Ray's fragments to prevent them from reviving.
- Stop Leo Akaba's ambitions.
- A mix of the two.
- Or something else.
Ray's mother will appear, and will be the final boss of the story
- Leo may not have been a saint and is definitely going overboard in trying to revive Ray, but from the brief flashback we see of Ray and Zarc's lives before coming gods her mother was an Education Mama who neglected her just as much, if not more. Plus, she was never seen in canon, so it'd be an interesting twist.
- Jossed. It's been confirmed by the author that Himika Akaba is Ray's biological mother in this fic.
Other guesses for who the other Original Dimension duelists are
The ones from Fusion and Synchro have been determined, but Standard and Xyz are still up for grabs- Standard:
- Seto Kaiba
- Joey Wheeler
- Ishizu Ishtar (Assuming the author wants to keep a Gender-Equal Ensemble, and there aren't many options from this series. Besides, she put up a good fight against Kaib)
- Xyz Dimension:
- Kite Tenjo
- Rio Kastle (Same as with Ishizu, and she has the best track record of all the female duelists of her series
- Nistro
- Dextra
- Anna (See above)
