This is coming out the same year as The Super Mario Bros. Movie and the original games were bundled together.To be specific, there will be a short before the movie about Mario and Luigi using their newfound abilities in their plumbing job based on some customer reviews from the Bros' website.

In New York state, whilst it is legal to own a macaw, it must be sourced from a registered breeder in the same city and the prospective owner must fill in a document - Delroy is wild-caught and is kept in a cage that is clearly too small for him. The Chef, considering the helicopter, is clearly wealthy enough to say Screw the Rules, I Have Money! (and, given his treatment of his subordinates and his suppliers, is clearly arrogant enough to do so) probably bought Delroy from some smuggler. This also gives another motive to his obsessive desire to track down the Mallards and Delroy - he doesn't want his being party to animal trafficking to come out.
