The original Tachibana has the same face as the gender bent Tachibana
- We never saw Tachibana's original face because it was always hidden under bangs. The author could pull a plot twist and reveal that the original Tachibana had a beautiful and cute face. This also explains why the original Tachibana is popular with the guys.
