Bunnyx/Alix isn't actually a believer of Expendable Alternate Universe.

As the Rabbit Miraculous holder, she can observe numerous timelines and can see her own interactions with the timelines if she goes far enough, meaning to keep a timeline stable she has to follow the timeline's "script"... even if it has her as the villain.

Lila's true nature being revealed will only make matters worse thanks to Marinette's Theory Tunnelvision.

During their confrontation/conversation on the stage during Birds of a Feather, Marinette calmly counters Alya's insistance that "I don't think the worst of you" with "No, no, you do. But to be fair, the entire class does." This belief will not automatically improve once Lila gets exposed as a Manipulative Bitch, as regardless of how each of her estranged friends reacts, Marinette will interpret their actions through the lens of her "knowing how they really feel" about her.

• Some will expect to be Easily Forgiven, trying to pin all the blame on Lila for tricking and misleading them. Marinette will brush this off as not wanting to own up to their own mistakes.
• Others will keep their distance, unsure of the best way to approach and apologize for their mistakes and not knowing whether she even wants to try rekindling and repairing their relationships. Marinette will likely misinterpet this hesitance as them not wanting anything more to do with her.
• Those who try approaching gently and respectfully will also be brushed off, as she'll remain doubtful of their sincerity... and even if she does accept/believe that they truly want to make things right, that doesn't change how one of the reasons she's distancing herself from everyone in the first place is so they don't get "dragged into her messes" anymore.

Lurking underneath it all is the fact that Marinette has effectively been conditioned to blame herself for everything that goes wrong, thanks to Bunnyx, Ms. Bustier, Tikki and everyone else who has pressured her to be an Ideal Heroine who puts everybody before herself. A Giver who is expected to keep Giving until there's nothing left to Give... which is naturally her fault, just like everything else. There's a deep well of resentment there she doesn't particularly care to acknowledge, and that's only going to get worse when the truth about Lila is out in the open and more and more of her peers attempt to address the fallout.
