Pretty much a "no shit" theory, but still worth mentioning methinks.The entire movie is a story Harley's telling after the fact.
Maybe the events (mostly) happened or maybe the whole thing is made up, but this troper seems to recall her being an unreliable narrator before...And it being a story she's telling would seem to explain some of the timeline problems. Those who lose Dr. Quinn's obstacle course will still get another chance for help courtesy of a Metropolis mental hospital.
Very possible, but, besides that, they appear on TV as people who need help. They can easily get donations or pro bono work for them after that, as well as other such resources.- To make it even better, Superman endorses the Metropolis mental hospital.
Batman and Nightwing have a 3-way with Harley after the end
- That seems to be what the "both of them kiss her at the same time" bit is implying. This would also be an interesting twist on Rescue Sex, as she technically rescues them.
