Trey is either a closeted gay, or has a crush on Barbie.
He hates Barbie both because she said no when he asked her out (she knew he was gay and a jerk and doesn’t plan to be a beard) and because he wants Ken to hang out with HIM instead of her… That said he doesn’t hate the rest of the Roberts.
