There are other time travellers other than Bernadetta, Sothis and to a lesser extent, Byleth
- It would certainly explain the divergences happening in this timeline.
Bernadetta's mother is actually an Agarthan in hiding as well
- Which would explain why her father hates her so much.
- And also a possible clue that this isn't the same timeline that Bernadetta is familiar with.
- Extending on this, Bernie may well have an Agarthan body.
- Confirmed. Bernadetta is half-Agarthan, though Allocer apparently used to be far more accepting of them.
Monica/Kronya is going to quit TWSITD/Ouroborus/Whatever and side with Bernie/Byleth
- Monica/Kronya seems to be driven by keeping her and people like her alive more than sadism or loyalty to TWSITD/Ouroborus. If Bernie is (physically), Agarthan and Byleth has no problems with that... Monica is going to have loyalty issues.
All the weirdness is KeA's fault
- There hasn't been enough time since Bernie arrived to cause some of the changes. Civilian Agarthans? Monica von Ochs not being from Adrestia (the cover story working means she's not lying.) All the Kiseki elements? No, that's not the butterfly effect. But ... guess who is over in Kiseki and can change the past? KeA. If the time travel happened parallel to the big rewrite by KeA at the end of Zero No Kiseki ... who knows what can happen?
TWSITD is not Ouroborus, Rhea's just conflating conspiracies
- TWSITD's and Kiseki Ouroborus's objectives don't align in any real way. TWSITD are nursing a very, very stupid grudge, Ouroborus has an unknown and nebulous plan for the future. TWSITD also has fairly limited resources (if extremely advanced for Fodlan) while Ouroborus doesn't have that issue.
Who in the world is the girl that bares a striking resemblance to Bernadetta?
- Long lost half twin? (Which sounds as cliche as it does). Bernadetta did have a twin who did at birth.
- Cousins?
- A girl who just so happens to look a lot like Bernadetta?
Bernadetta's twin sister, Victoria, is still alive.
- Victoria apparently was stillborn, but so was Byleth. Theresa probably went through a similar process as Sitri had with Byleth, although dying much slower and done by the Agarthans (if Chapter 20 is any indication). Also, since Lilith's only known physical appearance is her two long strands of hair (like Bernie has post-timeskip), it's possible that's Victoria under an alias.
