A near-omnipresent entity with an almost limitless control over machine-life and matter associated with it, creating what could only be described as an Eldritch Location within its towers, spawning an endless supply of machine-lifeforms, driving Androids to madness and turning them into its pawns, all topped off with a sadistic streak brought on not so much by willful evil, but a scientific curiosity on human nature originally born from their creator's desire to conquer Earth that they eventually grew out of.
