- The Character Died with Him: Avoided. When the actors died while their tv series was still running, their characters aren't either dead nor written out. Instead, the series simply ends before being replaced by a rebooted series. When Kasino died in 1997, the 1995-1997 series Warkop DKI ends and was replaced by a rebooted series, Warkop Millennium that started airing in the same year. Dono and Indro are the only main casts here. Unlike the previous series, Warkop Millennium is anthology series so when Dono died in 2001, the series was able to continue without much problem with only Indro as the remaining cast until it ends in 2002. Rather depressingly, one of the Millennium episode that aired after Dono's death had Indro's character almost Driven to Suicide due to loneliness before he decided to live a double life to make himself feel less lonely.
