• Edited for Syndication: TV airings of the short tend to edit out the shot where it's revealed that Dale replaced Chip's box of chocolates with a box of moth balls.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: The short was included on a couple of DVD releases in the 2000s, including Walt Disney's Classic Cartoon Favorites, Vol. 4: Starring Chip 'N' Dale and Chip 'n' Dale Volume 1: Here Comes Trouble, but both have since gone out of print. It's also not included on Disney+. And the uncut version is even harder to come by.
• The Other Darrin: Normally, the two chipmunks' voices were done by girls from the Ink and Paint department. Here, they are both voiced by men.
