• Acting for Two: Adriel Johnson voices both announcers 3DBotMaker and 2D, the former with his natural speaking voice and the latter deepened using a ring modulator.
• Author's Saving Throw: The fifth race for double points in the King of the Mountain tournament, introduced in the fourth qualifier video for the third tournament, was very unpopular with the viewers as it meant that good cars could otherwise be eliminated because it could have had a bad fifth race while a worse car got through. In a pinned comment after the video was published, 3DBotMaker announced that the double points would be dropped, though not the fifth race since the idea was to give fast cars a chance to make a comeback if they had one bad race. (Luckily, the one video that used the double points format didn't affect the dominance of that video's winner Golden Girl.) He later dropped the idea of a fifth race after several races later, sticking to the best of four races format.
