• Executive Meddling: Michael McIntyre stated that he tried to get NBC to avoid adding explanations at the beginning of the American version of the show since the game was designed to be simple and straightforward, but they forced them on him.
• Screwed by the Network: Apart from the forced explanation of the format on NBC's behalf, the American version only aired as a mid-season event in late December 2022, not giving it much of a chance to succeed. Tellingly, it was canceled months later.
