- Attention Deficit Creator Disorder: The author has started numerous comics, stories, and Play By Post Role-Playing Games, some of which are also set in The Outlands, including:
- The Outlands Corrupted, an Play By Post Role-Playing Game set after (another?) apocalypse, in which the Mancers have emerged, seized control of the Fortresses, and struggle to keep them from the Composite Gods.
- Atourist, a player-commanded epic from the perspective of your average Outlander: specifically, a random Facebook user.
- Word of Dante:
- The Spectral Mask, another Codrex Magna member, has tossed around many ideas for stories set in a similar world, where websites were translated as Fortresses. Many of Spectral's and Wally's ideas wound up in each others' stories, to the point where you can assume Spectral's ideas are canon in the Outlands. Unless they aren't.
- One such story, entitled Teneo, was being written at the same time as the Tale, and prompted the two to bicker about the differences between their stories. Teneo was eventually abandoned because Spectral felt it was better to let Wally do his thing.
- Word of God: The author, usually through Wally's account, is highly prone to dropping hints and making references to chapters still in progress.
