Trivia / The Powerpuff Girls (S3E2): "Town and Out"/"Child Fearing"

• Reality Subtext: The scene with the Mayor neglecting his duties as he was busy playing Zelda was taking potshots towards the show's crew. During production on the show, everyone was so occupied playing Ocarina of Time that the studio was shut down for a month. Even Craig McCracken was having fun with it. During meetings, Craig would ask some of the crew how close they were to finishing up. Genndy Tartakovsky was angry about the delays and likely added the scene to make fun on the staff.
