  • At one point, Wanda unintentionally ends up essentially "listening in" as Harry and Skye have sex. While the three involved swiftly talk about the incident the next day, with Harry and Skye forgiving Wanda as they understand that she didn't do it on purpose, some reviews expressed concern about the potential violation of privacy if Wanda can tap into the minds of just anyone around her during such intimate moments. The chapter was swiftly amended to include the detail that Wanda only sensed this particular encounter because Harry and Skye were in the room next door to her own (prior encounters in Skye's room were on the other side of the building from Wanda), so Wanda can avoid any serious issues by staying a certain distance from others until she has better control.
  • A common criticism among some fans regarding Avengers: Age of Ultron is that the post-credits scene of Thanos claiming an Infinity Gauntlet had no obvious connection to the plot. Chapter 35 justifies this detail with a scene where Thanos is alerted to the continued existence of the Mind Stone on Earth after the sceptre is broken (prior to that he assumed that the Stone had been destroyed on Earth and his plan to assemble the Stones was now impossible), inspiring him to take more direct action to implement his plan.
