• The Danza: None of the kids' last names are spoken onscreen. The plaque they make for Picard gives them the last names of their actors. Coincidentally, Erika Flores has a real-life sister named Melissa, a near miss for her character's name Marissa Flores.
• Surprisingly Lenient Censor: The idea of having Data's head removed was thought of as a joke in the writers' room, and were amazed it was approved without question.
