• Creator Backlash:
  • Before her Creator Breakdown really got bad, Quinn admitted she was left unsatisfied with the Light Ending once she finished it, saying her heart hadn't really been in it. Page 170 of the ending was quickly deleted following this, with Quinn initially considering remaking the ending entirely.
  • Quinn came to dislike FNAF as a whole as drawing it was only exacerbating her depression. As a result, she swore off doing anything FNAF related following the upload of the last page of the Dark Ending.
• Creator Breakdown: One that started becoming apparent around the beginning of Act 3. Quinn had begun losing her motivation for the comic, with it becoming more noticeable as the act went on. This culminated in both of the comic's endings ultimately having incomplete conclusions (though at least being conclusive enough that what happens next could be left up to fan interpretation). Eventually, mounting depression and alleged fights with the community and creator of a fanmade spinoff of SaD, Abience^note itself later cancelled at Quinn's request, followed by the author, erdinoia, deleting her account too due to entirely unrelated drama, caused Quinn to delete her Deviantart, and with it, the comic.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: The entire comic following January of 2021 due to Quinn deleting her DeviantArt.
• What Could Have Been:
  • Prior to deciding to simply extend it as it was, the Light Ending was going to be redone entirely due to Quinn not being satisfied with it.
  • The remaining pages of the Dark Ending and the extended Light Ending were ultimately cancelled.
• Why Fandom Can't Have Nice Things: One of the biggest factors in Quinn's Creator Breakdown and eventual deletion of her account was some fans continually pestering and rushing her to complete the comic's endings, even after saying multiple times that she wanted nothing to do with the comic anymore (admittedly in comment sections entirely unrelated to the comic which could be easily missed and not in an official post).
