• Missing Episode:
  • There's an early kung-fu film set in the 1920s, titled Downhill They Ride, starring long-time Shaw villain Huang Chun-sun in a rare heroic role, released in 1966, but the film is now lost save for some old magazine ads.
  • The directorial debut of Chang Cheh, titled Tiger Boy and starring a teenage Jimmy Wang Yu, is confirmed to be permanently lost by the studios themselves.
  • There was a Shaw movie filmed in 1970, titled The Drinking Knight, which went through two different directors and a whole lot of Troubled Production before it was eventually cancelled. The only remaining traces of this film are production stills.
