  • "Water Shortage Song" (制水歌) is about the struggles the working class faced during water shortages, such as how the singer was going to bathe that night, the frustration of getting up early to collect water in half a dozen buckets, and body odour from not washing while dating others. The song was released in 1974… has anyone ever heard of water shortages happening regularly in Hong Kong in the modern day? And have you heard of anyone in Hong Kong that owns half a dozen buckets outside of perhaps children's beach toys?
  • "Tsim Sha Tsui Susie" (尖沙咀Susie) is about a well-off Hard-Drinking Party Girl who… went to discos? The song was released in 1980.
