- Dueling Games: Not originally, but following its anniversary event, it’s now in competition with Ensemble Stars!! Music due to both being popular joseimuke games.
- No Export for You: The game is only available in Japanese, and you have to use a vpn to be able to play it outside the country. The stage musicals have met the same fate, with no subtitled release.
- Sleeper Hit: While it had some minor success around its release, it didn’t receive much attention from its target audience due to bigger joseimuke being released around the same time, such as Ensemble Stars! Music!! and Twisted Wonderland. It was only after its anniversary event that the game was able to compete with Ensemble Stars, due to new fans taking an interest in it.
- Spin-Off Cookbook: An official cookbook titled Mahoutsukai no Yakusoku Official Recipe Book – The Secret Recipes of Wizards is set to release in 2023, which features the dishes featured in the game.
