- Cast the Runner-Up: In a sense anyway... When the first film was made into a stage musical, Daniel Boys and Simon Lipkin were cast as Mr Maddens and Mr Poppy respectively. In the third sequel, Nativity Rocks!, they play Expies of their stage characters, Mr Johnson and Jerry Poppy.
- What Could Have Been: The bundle/rumble that erupts between the St. Bernadette's and Oakmoor students in the original film was going to start off as a snowball fight.
