  • Looping Lines: If you listen closely, you can catch certain lines from the voice trailer reappear in a voice drama. Often, the voice drama's version of the line is enunciated differently or emphasizes more emotion to match the new context.
  • No Dub for You: Only content on Milgram’s YouTube channel is officially translated to English. Everything else - on Twitter, Spotify, their website, or their app - is left in Japanese, leaving fans to have to translate things themselves.
  • No Export for You: The MILGRAM Portal app is outright region-locked to Japan, meaning overseas fans who want to download it will need to use a second-hand application or have a Japanese Apple ID.
  • Schedule Slip
    • After the release of "Magic", the team revealed on Twitter that the "MeMe" MV would be postponed from June to August to maintain the quality of the work (which is essentially creator-speak for "we're really burnt out and need a break").
    • Though the song was released in late September, the actual "HARROW" MV was delayed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
    • Likewise, the album for "Deep Cover" was released at the end of November 2023, but the MV was delayed to 17 January 2024 due to production issues.
  • What Could Have Been: As the story is shaped by which characters the audience chose to label Forgiven or Not Forgiven, this is inevitable. In the first Trial results video, Jackalope even calls out how things would have been changed with a different result. Most notably, if the audience hadn't Forgiven Shidou, it would have meant that the Not Forgiven Mahiru would have died between rounds with nobody free that was able to provide medical care after she was attacked by Forgiven Kotoko.
  • Writing by the Seat of Your Pants: Justified. The project both happens in real time and is dependent on Audience Participation to influence the story, so the writers have to wait for results before they can actually write more.
