• Recycled Script: This episode recycles the premise of "Bullseye", Season 12 Episode 2. A neighborhood is put on edge by a serial rapist, sex offenders are brought in en masse for questioning without initial breaks in the case and they are menaced by the outraged public. Eventually a suspect is identified but it turns out he has been framed by the real rapist, a seemingly upstanding member of the community who is uncovered when one of the victims who did not see his face hears his voice when he comes in by chance to the precinct at the same time she is there.
