Trivia / Kent

Go To

  • Applicability: Jocke Berg said that he won't tell what his songs are about because he wants that everyone interprets them their own way.
  • Black Sheep Hit: "Utan dina andetag" is one of the few completely positive songs by Kent and its lyrics are very different from what Kent uses to write. It was also actually only released as a B-side of "Om du var här", but is today one of the most famous songs of the band, if not the most famous song.
  • What Could Have Been: In an attempt to break into the American market as well as other English-speaking countries, the band produced English versions of Isola and Hagnesta Hill. These sadly didn't bring them much success aside a few notches on the UK Singles Chart, and the band returned to their native language for the rest of their career.
