It is also the first Blossomverse story to have been deleted due to the sheer negative response.
• Torch the Franchise and Run: A possible interpretation of the one-shot and its intentions: Ash and Goh get broken beyond repair after two whole stories spent on them recovering, Parker gets away with everything while never admitting his fault, and the last few paragraphs suggest the original Blossomverse universe is basically screwed unless something is done for Seeker of Crocus. All in all, it's a rather bleak example of this trope. Fortunately for said franchise, the oneshot's sheer bad reception saw its removal after a few days of consistent backlash.
