- Outdated by Canon:
- The fic depicts numbers as being grafted on any part of the body. In canon, the train always defaults to a passenger's hand, with Word of God stating it goes to the next available patch of skin available if the person is an amputee.
- Over time, the train can transform weak-willed passengers into other creatures, with them temporarily losing their identities in the process. While fans have certainly theorized about this regarding the Ghoms, neither the show itself or Word of God has said anything on the matter.
- The Infinity Train in this fic was created to literally travel outside the bounds of creation to explore infinity; any Character Development that occurs during the journey is just an interesting bonus. Meanwhile, the show's train is an Epiphanic Prison that has the character development of its passengers as its only goal, being focused on improving their mental health and social behavior.
