• Anime First: While the manga High Card -♢9 No Mercy is a side-story, the anime is considered an original story with no source material.
• Author's Saving Throw: Vijay is the only High Card member whose history is not shown with no character development throughout the entire show. The staff realizes this which would explain greenlighting the production of Episode 25 which would focus on him.
• No Export for You: The side story manga and the light novel don't have an official English release.
