Trivia / Gold Digger: Time Raft

• Direct-to-DVD: It was a homemade project, so it was released on DVD, initially in parts before being compiled into one single movie in 2010.
• Extremely Lengthy Creation: A labor of love that took Fred twelve years to finish. It was done completely by hand (though on a tablet PC), with only the slightly bit of Flash animation (the still shots during the fight with the monsters in the first part of the movie). Not to mention he was continuing his duties drawing his Gold Digger comic as well as various other works the entire time.
• Schedule Slip: After the second part was released in 2003, Fred took a hiatus to improve the animation of the movie. He eventually continued in 2009 and finished everything the following year.
• The Other Darrin: Very noticeable with Britanny, whose initial V.A. didn't have an accent, and whose second V.A. had a pronounced Canadian inflection.
