• Creator Backlash: Even Seth MacFarlane himself is not too fond of the JFK PEZ Dispenser gag.
• Edited for Syndication: The John F. Kennedy PEZ Dispenser scene was left intact, but the following edits were made:
  • Brian's line, "Gosh. I'd like to help you, Peter, but, uh, I've gotta go out in the hall and chew on the back of my ass for about five minutes," had the word "ass" replaced with "leg".
  • When Peter fakes Tourette's Syndrome, one of his uses of "son of a bitch" was removed.
  • The heroin prank was removed.
  • The part that mentions baseball being the national pastime was removed.
  • The scene where Joe talks about "handi-capable" toys and Peter worries that Joe will steal his job was removed.
  • The scene where Stewie swings on a rope, trying to get to Joe's wheelchair, only to fall out the window and scare That Poor Cat was removed.
  • Peter's reaction to the bats flying in the dark was shortened a bit.
• First Appearance: Of the Swansons (Joe, Bonnie and Kevin).
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: The American DVD doesn't have the scene where a kid comes out of a convenience store with a John F. Kennedy PEZ Dispenser, only for it to get shot by a stray bullet, then comment that he still has his Bobby Kennedy PEZ Dispenser. The German DVD and various TV airings (including [adult swim] airings, when they had the rights) have the uncut scene, and so did Netflix.
