- Ascended Fanon: After deciding that the name Curtis wasn't working, Tauhid created a poll to ask his readers if the character should be renamed Cody or Cooper. However, multiple fans suggested Miles in the poll's comment section. Liking that name much better, Tauhid decided to use it.
- Creator's Favorite: Tauhid seems to prefer Miles over Kevin, considering there are notably more comics that feature only Miles without Kevin than vice-versa, and for a while Miles was used as the profile image for the comic on both gocomics.com and Facebook (though the Facebook page currently has Kevin as its profile image).
- Series Hiatus: In order to prepare a daily update schedule for the comic officially getting published in newspapers, and to have time to prepare a Crabgrass book, Tauhid put the comic on hiatus on January 10, 2022. The comic was supposed to continue per March 2022. That deadline was not met as the newspaper publication was delayed till June 27, 2022. The comic finally continued on June 27, 2022, with a Continuity Reboot.
