The three couples are stated to be young adults in their 20's and played as such (the three guys being medical school students), whereas the group of five kids are played by actual children and teenagers, with the oldest of the bunch, actors Eduardo Capetillo (Tony) and Maria Rebeca (Anita), being around 14 to 15 years old at the time.
