• Outdated by Canon: After Lila gets the rest of Kitty Section to fire Luka, Marinette helps him by calling in a bunch of favors and getting him a record deal with Jagged Stone's label. In the story, this is portrayed as her massively bolstering his career, and it of course arouses even more envy in her classmates. However, canon episodes which were televised after this fic was written reveal that Jagged's label is run by the corrupt and sleazy Bob Roth, and that being signed to him can be a disastrous nightmare. A season 5 episode even had him trick Kitty Section into signing his contracts only to immediately turn around and try to exploit them.
