- Keep Circulating the Tapes: Upon the closure of the 3DS eShop on March 27, 2023, the three 3DS games have fallen into this status, with no means of playing them on a North American and European 3DS legally unless you happen to have a system that already has them installed.
- No Export for You: A compilation of the three 3DS games was released on a physical 3DS game card, but only in Japan. The same also applies to the Qbby amiibo that was released alongside it. Unfortunately, in light of the eShop's closure, this is the only legal way one can access the 3DS games now.
