Trivia / Astroganger

• Channel Hop: In Italy, it first aired on Italia 7, and then on TMC from March 1980 onwards.
• Completely Different Title: While the Italian title (Astroganga) is close to the original, in the Arabic dub it is called Jonker ( جونكر) and in the Korean dub it is called Ganger's Space War (짱가의 우주전쟁).
• Urban Legend of Zelda: There is an urban legend that in Saudi Arabia, two boys fell to their deaths after jumping from a building, as they were trying to imitate Kantaro jumping into Ganger. And also in the Emirati city of Ras Al Khaimah, a boy also attempted to imitate Kantaro jumping, but luckily managed to fall into a pit of sand and survive. That being said, no news articles have come of this, so it's likely fake.
