• Refitted for Sequel: According to the developer commentary in The Elephant Collection, the first game was originally supposed to have a slot machine, but it was removed as it took up too much space in the level relative to the number of achievements it provided. Since the second game had multiple screens, this ceased to be a concern, and jmtb02 was able to finally use the idea.
